The refreshing scents of eucalyptus, frankincense, and peppermint essential oils offer a mental uplift, while green clay and a hint of activated charcoal work together to cleanse away impurities and excess oil. At Fat Tui Soap Studio, each soap is crafted using a purposeful blend of plant-based oils, clays, and botanical extracts, chosen for their unique benefits to both skin and well-being.

Kawakawa Infused Olive Oil

Native to New Zealand, this plant is traditionally used to calm and soothe skin concerns and wounds. We solar infuse the leaves into extra-virgin olive oil for a minimum of six weeks, drawing out Kawakawa’s natural anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and its earthy green colour.

Frankincense Essential Oil

For centuries this essential oil has been revered for its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antiseptic properties. Naturally moisturising, frankincense supports the skin’s barrier without clogging pores, complemented by a deep woody fragrance thought to calm and reduce tension.

Activated Charcoal

Derived from naturally carbon-rich materials such coconut shells, Activated Charcoal is a gentle exfoliant that cleanses away toxins, excess oils and impurities.


Peppermint Essential Oil

Known for its refreshing scent and feeling, peppermint oil brings physical and emotional rejuvenation, boosting cognitive function. This antimicrobial and antiseptic oil provides a cooling cleanse, especially beneficial for maintaining healthy skin during the summer months.

Green Clay

Packed with minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, and silicon, this unique green clay detoxifies and purifies the skin. Derived from plant material and ancient volcanic ash deposit, green clay is a natural solution to clogged pores – drawing out impurities and excess oil, for a clearer complexion. The fine particles provide gentle exfoliation.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Owing to its respiratory benefits, using eucalyptus-infused soap in the shower can create a soothing steam as well as neutralise odor. This natural antioxidant helps the skin feel bright and fresh, while its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory properties support skin health.

Use and Storage Instructions

For Best Results

To keep your Fat Tui Soap Studio bar in optimal condition, allow it to dry thoroughly between uses. We recommend using a draining soap dish, such as the Fat Tui Soap Trivet, to prevent water buildup.

Use the Fat Tui Sisal Soap Pouch or Facial Sponge for extra lather, exfoliation and to help your soap last longer.

Special Note for Sensitive Skin

All our soaps are formulated with natural ingredients to be gentle on skin, but we recommend patch testing on a small area if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If any irritation occurs, please discontinue use and keep out of reach of children.
