Payments

All payments are managed and processed securely on our website.

If you would like to pay via internet banking, please contact us at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz for our bank account details.

Full payment must be received prior to shipping orders.

Our product prices and shipping charges are subject to change.

Information is collected for the sole purpose of processing orders and supporting communication.  All information is stored securely and is not provided to any third parties.

Shipping and Returns

Damaged Packages

If you have received a package that has been damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so we can lodge a damage claim with the courier company.

Lost Packages

Please allow 14 days from the date of receiving the shipping information for your parcel to arrive. If your item has not been delivered after this time please contact us at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz so we can follow up with the courier company.

Please note we are not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information being provided.
