Shipping policy

New Zealand 

• Free shipping for orders over $100 NZD
• NZ urban/standard shipping - $8 NZD

• NZ rural shipping - $12 NZD

All orders will be processed and shipped with a tracked courier service within 2-3 business days. (Please supply a physical address, not a PO Box for delivery).

Orders will be delivered during standard business hours Monday to Friday. Please contact us at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz if you have an urgent order.

Australia 

Please contact us at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz for shipping quotes to Australia.

International  

We do not currently ship outside of New Zealand and Australia.

We hope you love using Fat Tui products as much as we love making them, and we personally select, inspect and hand pack each item prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the date ordered at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz so we can assist you promptly.  

Please note, as our products are handmade there will be slight differences in design or variations from our website imagery. Our ingredients, labels and packaging may also change from time to time.
