Refund policy

We hope you love using Fat Tui products as much as we love making them, and we personally select, inspect and hand pack each item prior to shipping. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the date ordered at info@fattuisoapstudio.co.nz so we can assist you promptly.  

Please note, as our products are handmade there will be slight differences in design or variations from our website imagery. Our ingredients, labels and packaging may also change from time to time.
